Abigail Bobrow has been a staff photographer and videographer at the Sandusky Register in Ohio since 2003. She graduated from Clark University in Worcester, Mass. in 1996 with a degree in Geography and Studio Art. Bobrow moved to Ohio in 2001 for an internship at The Toledo Blade.

Second Place: Pecos National Munument by Luis Sánchez Saturno. The unusual light and saturated color make this photo.
Third Place: Huron County Fair by Stephanie Smith. The clean composition using the ribbons juxtaposed with the award winner's blank stare creates a thoughtful moment.
